We assist with domestic and household needs, but more importantly educate on how to make a house a home.

Meal preparation and nutrition planning is an essential part of independence and we teach the basic skills needed.

Transportation

Transportation to appointments and outings are facilitated where necessary, but independent forms of travel are also taught and supervised excursion applied.

Social Support

Social support and companionship is amongst the most important services we provide. We help participants grow in social engagement and interaction with others.

Recreation and Fun

We are also specialists in good old fun. We help participants find productive and meaningful fun and recreational activities. We also provide opportunities to step out of the 'comfy zone'.
